At AIA, we firmly believe that excellent polices can only translate into excellent practice thorough understanding, commitment and application.

Importantly, policy development is carried out through discussion and analysis. Furthermore, draft policies are practiced and reviewed regularly until we arrive at the point that we can confidently say: Our practices are congruent with our policies. In other words, there is no theory/practice gap.
